Rakeback & Lossback Value Calculator
Sites increasingly compete on ongoing rewards rather than one-off bonuses: rakeback returns a percentage of everything you wager, and lossback returns a percentage of your net losses. Both reduce the effective house edge you actually pay. This calculator combines them: effective edge = edge × (1 − lossback) − rakeback.
How to read the result
The lossback term is the optimistic simplification, it assumes lossback pays on your expected net loss, while real programs pay on realised losses over fixed windows and usually credit the return as bonus balance with its own wagering rules. Rakeback is cleaner: a straight percentage of turnover, usually claimable as balance. If the effective edge comes out at or below zero, re-read the terms, sustained negative-edge rewards do not exist, so a cap, weighting or expiry is doing the real work somewhere. Defaults are set to a typical stacked offer (0.5% wager bonus, 15% lossback, as on Chicken.gg); rakeback-first sites like Gamdom and SkinRave are the other model worth running.
